Easy Hebrew is operated by ZIK94 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
These Terms apply to the Easy Hebrew website, contact forms, guided digital learning platform access, lessons, exercises, flashcards, games, homework review, progress tools, and related services.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the website, submitting a contact form, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any Easy Hebrew service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
3. Services
- Access to Easy Hebrew, an online Hebrew learning platform with structured lessons and practice materials.
- A personal study plan and teacher feedback on submitted homework.
- Interactive exercises, flashcards, word games, progress tracking, and regularly updated learning content.
- Personalized digital learning tools, vocabulary practice, and learning materials.
- Email support related to your account, access, and learning materials.
- Scheduled one-on-one calls and real-time private chat are not included unless a separate written offer says otherwise.
4. Accounts and User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate contact, billing, and account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Platform access is for the purchasing user only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You may not copy, resell, scrape, share, upload, redistribute, or publicly distribute Easy Hebrew materials.
- You may not use the services for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
5. Payments and Billing
Prices, billing periods, included services, and available currencies are shown on the website, invoice, payment instructions, checkout page, or payment request before purchase.
Paid access is currently activated manually after your request and payment are confirmed.
Later payments may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment processors, card networks, and banks may apply their own processing times, currency conversion, and fees.
If automatic subscription billing is introduced later, renewal terms and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase.

6. Platform Access and User Setup
Users receive digital access through an online account. Access details may be sent by email or provided through the customer’s online account.
Teacher comments are provided through the platform, email, or another agreed digital channel.
Users are responsible for using a compatible device, stable internet connection, and accurate account email to receive access and support notices.
7. Intellectual Property
All Easy Hebrew lessons, exercises, text, designs, platform content, cards, games, homework comments, and other learning materials are owned by or licensed to ZIK94 LLC.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials and teacher comments for your own Hebrew learning. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Educational Results
Easy Hebrew provides educational tools, learning materials, homework review, and teacher comments, but we do not guarantee a specific result, fluency level, exam score, immigration outcome, employment outcome, or timeline for progress. Learning results depend on your starting level, practice time, consistency, and other factors.
9. Service Availability
We work to keep the website and platform available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or events outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIK94 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid to Easy Hebrew for the affected service during the three months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, fails to pay, shares account access without permission, or creates legal, security, or operational risk for Easy Hebrew or other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
