Refunds

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You can try free materials before paying. Once payment is confirmed, full access is activated automatically. As a rule, we do not issue refunds once paid access has been activated. You may cancel future renewals at any time.

Effective date: October 10, 2026

1. Billing and Access

You may try selected free lessons before paying. Once payment through Stripe is confirmed, full access to the content is activated automatically.

Payments and subscriptions are managed through our Stripe account. Stripe, card networks, and banks may have their own processing times, currency conversion rates, and fees.

Paid digital access is considered delivered when payment succeeds and the full content becomes available automatically in your account.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel future renewals, email support@easyhebrew.is with the email address used for your purchase and your account details, or cancel through your account settings if that option is available.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless required otherwise by law. You keep access until that period ends. Unused time in the current period is not refunded.

3. Refunds After Access Is Activated

As a rule, we do not issue refunds once paid access has been activated. Free materials are available before purchase, and full access to the platform is activated automatically once payment is confirmed.

This applies to the current paid period, unused days, unused lessons, and unused homework review.

If you notice a billing error, a duplicate charge, or another payment problem, email support@easyhebrew.is with the email address used for your purchase and your account details. We will review the issue and may correct the charge through Stripe where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review the issue quickly. We reserve the right to suspend access while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending.
